In order to connect the brand directly with its consumers, we designed a very special solution for Bayer.
It is a WhatsApp Chatbot that offers discount codes for the brand’s most popular OTC medicines. The bot offers different options for each shopper to choose and then, by means of the user’s geographical location, it indicates which are the closest pharmacies where to apply the discount obtained.
This action has proven to be very effective to retain users with the brand, reinforcing Bayer’s position as a market leader.
