With almost 24 stores closed due to restrictions, we offered Topper – a clothing brand from Argentina – to pilot a new sales channel through the use of a WhatsApp chatbot.
The click to chat link was shared online and had a strong presence on social media. And we created a QR to be displayed on store window POP. By scanning this code or accessing via links shoppers were able to start the conversation on WhatsApp, being guided to their purchase through messaging.
In 3 months, the bot collected 9K consumers purchase intent, reflecting a positive ROI. And by gathering shopper’s data, the chatbot offers even more value to the brand post-activation. We also created a chatbot for Fanta that drove brand love by rewarding shoppers. By scanning the Fanta package label, shoppers could have a dialogue with the brand through a chatbot, getting rewarded with a coupon that drove back to retail.
