Based on our experience in Promotions we developed a robust platform that adapts to any sales channel, physical or digital, based on Whatsapp.

Based on our experience in Promotions we developed a robust platform that adapts to any sales channel, physical or digital, based on Whatsapp.

What does the platform consist of?

We developed a platform that through Whatsapp and its functionalities allows you to manage different types of promotions based on business objectives. From specific promotions, always on channel to loyalty plans.

Focused on mass consumption and retail, our teams mapped opportunities in customer experience, data capture and the development of a flexible platform.

We simplify the user experience for better performance.
Without the need to download Apps or have data to access a website, the shopper can participate via Whatsapp with a simple QR scan and in a few steps participate in the promotion.

The development is SAAS, includes AI, possible amplification to other channels such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram or website, integration through APIs to different platforms: CRMs, ERPs, Call Centers, Digital gifts, Retailers, Last Millers or whatever is required.

Our E2E (End to end) expertise includes the design of the Communication Plan that ensures a good traffic to the promotion from digital channels (networks, emailing, ecommerce) to the physical (OOH, TV, POP in POS, Packaging).

We work with a QRs platform that allows us to track the beginning of the funnel, the traffic sources and then measure the funnel of the Whatsapp experience in each of its stages within our platform.

Our real-time analytics dashboard allows you to track Promo’s main KPIs.

Whatsapp is a growing channel in digital marketing complementing other channels such as emailing, Apps that is enhanced with the lower use of cookies to capture 1st Party Data and enrichment of user data.

We implement our platform following Whatsapp, legal and privacy protocols of each country working with 1st level multinationals.

The user’s opt-in works as a channel for acquiring user data and outbound campaigns via Whatsapp with personalized messages. It also feeds CRMs and digital marketing campaigns.

Implementing the “Click to Whatsapp” functionality generates a direct path from the Meta banner to Whatsapp creating a simple UX and improved traffic to the Promo.

Meta rewards the use of its ecosystem by rewarding conversations in Whatsapp that come from advertising in its media. Cases implemented showed an upside of up to 2 and 3 times in user traffic to Bot from Meta networks.
